How to do site floor plan?

1. Things needed before going floor plan:
   • Bring network cable and laptop to check on the internet.
   • Bring A4 size papers to sketch a floor plan.
2. Once reached the place. We must do checking on:
   • the place of the main server
   • have another LIS or not
   • have TPC (Tele primary Care)
   • how many total analyzers
   • the existing analyzer and new analyzer (Name)
   • the place of sink
   • have a network or not
   • discuss with PIC where to set main server, 2 PC from ChemoLIMS and printer
3. Do sketch roughly in A4 paper.
4. The symbol used for sketch floor plan.

(Remarks: For QMS documentation, Biorad D10 is compulsory in all Klinik Kesihatan.)
